Ranges are indicative and depend on speaker profile, date, travel distance and audience size. Nonprofit and public-sector rates are available on request and we will always tell you which speakers on our roster work within a smaller budget.
A 50 percent deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due fourteen days before the event date. We accept ACH transfer, corporate card and check drawn on a US bank. Purchase-order workflows and W-9 requests are handled routinely.
Cancellation terms are stated in every contract and summarised on our Refund Policy page. In short: more than 60 days out, the deposit is transferable to a future date; inside 30 days, the speaker fee is generally non-refundable because the date can no longer be resold.
Tell us the date, audience and outcome you need. We reply to every enquiry within one business day with three matched speakers and clear pricing.
