We have filled keynotes in eleven days, but six to sixteen weeks gives you a genuinely wide choice. Inside three weeks the roster narrows sharply and travel costs rise.

No. There is no charge for the discovery call, the shortlist or the reference checks. Our fee applies only when a booking is confirmed.

Yes. We arrange a call between you and any shortlisted speaker before a contract is issued, at no cost.

Every contract names a substitute and sets out the notification process. We activate the substitute, notify your team the same day and supply revised materials.

Regularly. Tell us your budget ceiling in the first call and we will show you only what fits inside it.

Yes. We book camera-ready speakers, run a platform rehearsal 48 hours ahead, and moderate the chat and Q&A during the broadcast.

Recording and reuse rights are negotiated per engagement and written into the contract before signature. Some speakers permit internal reuse; others require a separate licence.

No. You are free to work with other bureaus. We ask only that you tell us which speakers are already being approached so nobody is contacted twice.

ACH transfer, corporate card or check on a US bank. A 50 percent deposit confirms the date; the balance is due fourteen days before the event.
