How far in advance should we book a speaker?
For in-person events, 3–6 months is ideal. We can often help with shorter timelines, including last-minute replacements.
Do you charge a fee to recommend speakers?
No. Consultations and recommendations are free. Our agency fee is included in the quote you approve.
Can a speaker customize their talk?
Yes. Every speaker we recommend customizes content after a briefing call with your team.
Who pays for travel?
Travel and lodging are usually paid by the client, either billed at cost or as a flat travel fee agreed upfront.
What if the speaker cancels?
It is rare, but our contracts include a replacement guarantee. We will propose comparable speakers at no additional agency fee.
Do you book virtual speakers?
Yes, including technical rehearsals and recording arrangements.
Which areas do you serve?
We book events across the entire United States from our office in Monmouth, Maine.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer, check or major credit card. A deposit secures the date and the balance is due before the event.
