Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear terms for deposits, rescheduling and cancellations.
Deposits
A deposit (typically 50% of the speaker fee) confirms a booking. The balance is due 14 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client cancellation
- More than 90 days before the event: deposit refunded minus a $250 administrative fee, or applied in full to a rescheduled date within 12 months.
- 31–90 days before: deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a new date within 12 months.
- 30 days or less: full fee is due.
Speaker cancellation
If a speaker cancels, we will propose a comparable replacement. If none is acceptable to you, all payments made for that engagement are refunded in full.
Force majeure
Events affected by circumstances beyond anyone’s control will be rescheduled where possible under the terms of the speaker agreement.

Initial consultations and speaker recommendations are always free.
