National Speakers acts as a booking agent connecting clients with independent speakers. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written speaker agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Website content
Information on the Site, including speaker biographies and fee ranges, is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Fee ranges are not offers.
Intellectual property
Site text, logo and design belong to National Speakers. Speaker names, images and materials belong to the respective speakers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Speakers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the agency fee paid for that booking.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
